I attended your “The Not So Secrets of Personal Power” seminar in Houston at KB Homes on Thursday, Sept. 29. To my knowledge, I have attended all of your seminars (negotiation, lead generation) at KB Homes and found them all to be engrossing; “outside the box,” in terms of enlightening information; and thoroughly enjoyable to attend. In fact, on a scale of one to ten, rating all the real estate courses I have attended, I would rate your seminars an eleven in terms of knowledge received and retained!

I am excited to share with you the outcome of my last 48 hours, since taking your class on Negotiating and Personal Performance POWER!  I am in the process of reorganizing my office “quickly” in such a way that is even more simple and precise, with regard to my filing system and database management. I formulated ONE system that will work for my business and family life. I also have a new daily “time” schedule to account for every hour, and I immediately began my prospecting duty.  In just one day of prospecting I now have: 1 Buyer, 4 Tenant Prospects, and 2 possible Listings!!

The 2 classes you gave yesterday were some of the best I have been to in a long time! I have been to a lot of them!!  In 2007 I took the CRS NINJA class. It was great information but so much to do, I came home and was a little overwhelmed.   Your class reminded me of it but was as you call it…Laser Focused, and I was able to take a lot of what you said along with the test you gave me and come up with a schedule for the next two weeks. For my kids too! They took it better than I thought. They now “know” what I want, instead of me saying you didn’t do anything!! There is a big improvement in the past 36 hours at my house and office. I look forward to your listing presentation class!
